Every breakfast menu is served with toast, bagels and cream cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk (2%), OJ, tea, and coffee. In addition, please choose one of the following for each breakfast in your selected hosting package.
BLUEBERRY FRENCH TOAST
French loaf bread soaked overnight in a bath of creamy deliciousness. Then it’s inundated with fresh blueberries and baked to a golden brown.
EGGS BENEDICT CASSEROLE
An English muffin crust topped with ham and seasoned eggs. Then, draped with a savory hollandaise sauce. A traditional dish served family style with plenty for seconds.
This is a keto and gluten-free take on a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit but, of course, with no bread. You won't miss the bread one bit.
BISCUITS AND PEPPERY SAUSAGE GRAVY
Fluffy biscuits right out of the oven and soaking up a black pepper infused sausage gravy. Sopping is totally acceptable.
VERY VEGGIE CAULIFLOWER RICE BOWLS
Cauliflower rice sauteed in a savory blend of seasonings and topped with sauteed mushrooms, yellow squash, wilted spinach, egg, and a dollop of mashed avocados.
LOADED VEGGIE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
Packed full of veggie goodness with spinach, mushrooms, onions, red bell pepper, and much more. Keto and gluten-free too!

MINI CINNAMON ROLLS
Each lunch menu is served with a mixed greens salad and a variety of toppings and salad dressings. Please chose one of the following for each lunch in your selected hosting package.
MAKE-N-TAKE FIESTA TACOS
Why wait until Tuesday for tacos? Chose from chicken or beef, soft or hard shell, and from a wide assortment of toppings including sour cream and guacamole. Served with Mexican rice and chips and queso.
THAI PORK LETTUCE WRAPS
A complex layering of Thai flavors create both a sweet and savory filling for crisp leaf lettuce cups. Served with chicken egg rolls and plum dipping sauce. A vegetarian option is available.
PASTA YOUR WAY BUFFET
Decisions, decisions! Angel hair or penne, bowtie or rotini? Marinara, Alfredo, or pesto sauce? After you get the right pasta and sauce, it's time to top it with your favorites from cheese to grilled veggies, to chicken or Italian sausage. Garlic toast?
EMBELLISHED SANDWICH BUFFET
Choose ham, turkey, or roast beef and embellish it how you like. Served with your favorite toppings and assorted flavors of chips. Also served with soup du jour (ask your host for details). Vegetarian options are also available.
BAKED POTATO AND CHILI BAR
Sweet and "regular" potatoes baked to fork-tender perfection. Topped with your choice of butter, sour cream, bacon bits, cinnamon-sugar, cheddar cheese, and all the other classic fixin's including chili.
GOURMET GRILLED CHEESE PARTY
This is "extreme" grilled cheese! Chose from a variety of specialty breads and cheeses as well as the traditional favorites. Grilled to order and served with tomato basil

ON THE SIDE
Hearty meat and vegetarian lasagna are the star of this menu. Served with fresh baked garlic toast.
Well-seasoned and grilled chicken breast coated in basil pesto. Rich flavors meld together under a blanket of mozzarella cheese that brings the whole dish together.
EGGPLANT ROLLATINI & ZUCHINNI RAVIOLI
The eggplant rollatini has a flavor-packed filling of a seasoned ricotta and parmesan cheese blend. The zuchinni ravioli is a keto version of cheese ravioli that you won't be able to tell is low carb.
A traditional Italian chicken dish that blends classic flavors into a rich tomato stew. This is comfort food - Italian-style.
ROASTED LEMON-ROSEMARY CHICKEN
This is sure to be a crowd favorite. Chicken breast marinated in fresh-squeezed lemon juice, fresh rosemary, and other seasonings, then slow roasted to savory, mouth-watering goodness.
BROWN SUGAR-GARLIC PORK LOIN
Whole pork loin covered in a sweet and "garlicky" rub before being slow roasted with carrots and potatoes. Sweet and savory make for a great union in this dish.
